Job Title: Interior Architect

Role Description
We are seeking a talented and presentable Interior Architect with a minimum of 5 years’ professional experience to join our team. This role requires a well-rounded individual with strong technical expertise, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept through to implementation.
The successful candidate will play a key role in design development, documentation, site coordination, and client engagement while working closely within a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage interior architecture projects from concept to completion
- Prepare detailed technical drawings and documentation
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and site coordination meetings
- Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Produce high-quality presentations and renderings
- Ensure all designs meet project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Assist in space planning and interior detailing
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines
- Collaborate closely with the design and project management teams
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Interior Architecture
- Relevant qualification in Interior Architecture or related field
- Strong experience in:
- Site visits and construction coordination (Preferable Retail and corporate environments)
- Client interface and professional communication
- Technical detailing and documentation
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD,
- Revit,
- Photoshop
- D5 Rendering (Or similar rendering program)
- Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
- Professional and presentable demeanour
