Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist / Architect to assist on a major project. This role offers hands-on involvement in a live, multi-disciplinary project environment.
Contract Duration
- Contract position until December 2026
- Potential opportunity for a permanent position from 2027, subject to performance and project requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Assist a senior architectural team member in the delivery of a large-scale project
- Prepare and develop architectural documentation using ArchiCAD
- Coordinate architectural information within a multi-disciplinary project team
- Support technical detailing and construction documentation
- Ensure drawings and documentation align with project standards, timelines, and consultant inputs
Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma or BTech in Architectural Technology
- Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD (essential)
- Experience in commercial and/or industrial projects (highly beneficial)
- Experience working on multi-disciplinary projects (advantageous)
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
Desirable Attributes
- Ability to work independently while supporting senior team members
- Proactive and solutions-oriented approach
- Familiarity with consultant coordination and construction-stage documentation
