The CIDB Professional Services Agreement workshop is aimed at providing delegates with a better understanding of the structure, content and enforcement of the CIDB agreements. The course has been specifically designed to provide delegates with a practical understanding and working knowledge of not only the specific contractual clauses but also of general legal principals which form part of the agreements. Delegates will gain an understanding of their roles and responsibilities when entering into a professional services agreement and in performing their services. The workshop will examine the CIDB Professional Services Agreements in detail, provide insight into the achievement of a successful working relationship between the parties and look at how to effectively deal with the enforcement thereof.
