health and safety regulations and the duties of each parties in relation thereto.

Architects and Engineers in their capacity as designers and have a further responsibility in terms of the Construction Health and Safety Regulations 2014 to consider not only the health and safety specifications of the design but also share in the duty to ensure the health and safety of all parties on the building site.
