My name is Cassity Smit. I matriculated in 2025 and am pursuing a career in architecture, with plans to enter formal studies.
I’m currently looking for an opportunity to join an architecture practice in Pretoria for a longer-term job-shadowing placement, with the intention of contributing where I can and gaining real-world exposure to the profession.
I’ve always been drawn to design and the built environment, and I excelled in Art, Engineering & Design, and Design at school. While my practical experience is still at an early stage, I bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine willingness to learn.
I’m not looking to simply observe – I’m happy to assist with general tasks, admin, basic drafting support, or anything else that adds value to your team while I learn.
I am available immediately and can commit consistently for the remainder of the year.
