Joao Pinto: Since 2003 my CAD draughting experience has been in the residential private sector CAD programs: DataCAD 11 and AutoCAD 2008 as well Adobe CS PhotoShop, Illustrator & InDesign. I have completed numerous residential plans (several office plans), up to 1000sqm size and double-storey, which were submitted to, and successfully approved by Councils. I am fully capable of producing a completed set of working drawings and work unsupervised, including recorded notes to satisfy local municipal by-laws and to comply with South African National Building Regulations and Building Standard.
